Job Overview:

As we continue to strengthen our sustainability focus in Hong Kong and the region, we are looking for a CSR Project Lead to support the planning and implementation of impactful initiatives that create long-term value for both society and our business.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to turn our sustainability goals into practical, measurable actions.

About the Role:

The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Project Lead will be responsible for developing and managing CSR programs that reflect our company’s values and sustainability objectives. Key responsibilities include program planning and execution, stakeholder coordination, impact evaluation, and reporting. The role requires a practical understanding of local community needs and business priorities to ensure that our CSR activities are relevant, effective, and aligned with broader strategic goals. With a focus on collaboration and results, the CSR Project Lead will help deliver initiatives that contribute to meaningful, measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, planning, and execution of CSR projects focused on environmental sustainability, social equity, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to promote shared-value initiatives.
  • Conduct needs assessments and stakeholder analysis to effectively guide program design.
  • Regularly track and evaluate project performance by measuring social and environmental impact, and prepare reports for both internal and external audiences.
  • Coordinate volunteer and employee engagement activities to foster a culture of responsibility and participation.
  • Stay informed about current CSR trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices across Hong Kong and the Asia-Pacific region.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in CSR, ESG, sustainability, or community development.
  • Proven track record in managing projects with measurable impact.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (both written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SDGs, HKEX ESG Reporting Guide) is advantageous.
