Job Purpose:

Managing operations (operations office, reception, staff canteen, farm shop and car pool) in all internal and external clients. Leading in making the organisation with excellent visitor experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage internal client service

1. Provide logistic support and solutions

2. Develop and implement internal customer support initiatives

3. Manage car parks, maintenance of vehicles and ensure compliance to driving regulations within the organisation.

Improve visitor experience

4. Develop and implement solutions for excellent visitor experience.

5. Handle and investigate customer complaints.

Drive human capital and administration

6. Lead canteen and farm shop staff to carry out their day-to-day duties

7. Manage the performance of cleaners, canteen staff and maintain the daily operation in good order.

8. Set up duty roster for gatekeepers

9. Ensure reasonable compliance of the government OH&S regulations with the Farm including necessary staff training

10. Ensure firefighting equipment and first aid supplies are adequately maintained within the organisation.

However, the incumbent may be asked to preform an additional task according to the needs of the organisation and formulated by the line manager.
