Partnership Officer
Communication and Partnerships Department
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for working with the Communication and Partnership team to organise events and fundraising initiatives.
The position reports directly to the Head of Communication and Partnerships Department.
Major responsibilities:
-Assist in developing realistic fundraising event plans and proposals;
-Solicit funding support for projects, events, and programmes;
-Manage events and programmes;
-Manage post event reviews, assessing objectives against actual delivery and documenting events for future reference;
-Identify collaboration opportunities through prospecting, networking and via other channels (such as LinkedIn, newsfeed on social media);
-Cultivate prospect relationships for collaborations Develop collaboration programmes Plan and execute collaboration programmes;
-Prepare evaluation reports for collaboration programmes for measurement of effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
-Commitment to the mission, vision and values of the organisation;
-University graduate 5 years of marketing and event experience;
-Experience with fundraising events will be an advantage Good project management skills;
-Proven good communication skills in Chinese and English;
-Well organised and detail-minded Outgoing and positive personality;
-Excellent team player;
-Willingness to work irregular hours or on holidays, if needed;
-Ideally, having a driving licence.
