Major Duties

• To handle routine repair & maintenance works distributed by supervisor, include electrical work, plumbing work and MVAC work

Requirements

• Commitment to the mission, vision and values
• At least 4 years working experience in O&M in Electrical/Plumbing/MVAC/Cold Room installation;
• Candidates with relevant qualifications will be an advantage;
• Certificate holder of Electrician, Plumbing and pipefitting or Air-conditioning and refrigeration will be an advantage;
• Holder of driving license class 2 will be an advantage;
• Willing and fit for outdoor duties;
• Holder of Grade A/AC Electrical work license.

工作職責

• 處理主管分發之一般水電及冷氣保養及維修工作。

招聘條件

• 能配合本園之使命、願景及價值ç;
• 需具四年或以上水電或冷氣及冷凍房保養及維修經驗;
• 修畢相關課程優先考慮;
• 持有電工，水喉或冷氣證書者優先考慮;
• 持有有效輕型貨車香港駕駛執照優先考慮;
• 體力能應付戶外勞動工作;
• 需持有電業工程人員註冊證明書 (A/AC牌)。
